This can also occur as result of significant changes to the business, such as from mergers, acquisitions, or restructuring. Or perhaps additional personnel support for time-critical projects is needed, such as for the conversion or introduction of IT systems. In these cases, experts are urgently needed, but they are currently scarce and expensive , especially for temporary projects. In these cases, simply hire me as an interim manager.
